Terms, Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment and cancellation: frequently asked questions

Yes. Sending your prescription, reports or scans and receiving a surgeon's first opinion and a written quote costs nothing. You do not have to book, and you do not pay anything until you decide to secure your dates with a deposit.

It depends on when and why you cancel. If you cancel with enough notice, {{refund A}}; the full scale is in the cancellation table in section 8. If your examination in Istanbul shows the treatment is not right for you, section 6 applies. Your quote also states the refund conditions for your booking.

{{payment terms: when the balance is due, e.g. on the day of your examination in Istanbul}}. You pay the balance only after your surgeon has examined you in person and you have agreed to go ahead with the treatment.

You do not pay for an operation you don't need. Your surgeon explains the findings through your interpreter and, where possible, suggests an alternative that you are free to decline. {{policy on the examination fee and deposit refund in this case}}.

Yes, ask your coordinator as early as you can. {{rescheduling policy: how much notice is needed, how many date changes are free, and whether the deposit moves to the new date}}. Check your airline's rules before changing flights, as flights are not refundable through us.

They are not included in the treatment price. If you ask us to book them, they are priced separately in your quote, and {{hotel and transfer cancellation terms}}.

We accept {{accepted payment methods and currencies}}. Your quote shows the price in your currency and the exact payment details to use.

Yes. Buy it before you travel, tell your insurer you are having treatment abroad, and choose a policy that covers complications and cancellation. Standard policies may not cover planned treatment, and insurance is not included in any price.
