What happens next
- We confirm we've received it. You get an automatic confirmation straight away, and a coordinator checks your files are readable.
- The right surgeon reviews your case. Keratoconus and cornea cases usually go to Doç. Dr. Muhammet Derda Özer, and retina cases to Doç. Dr. Özer or Op. Dr. Aysan Bayram. Lens replacement, eyelid surgery, squint and glaucoma usually go to Prof. Dr. Ahmet Satıcı. Laser eye surgery is led by Prof. Dr. Satıcı and Op. Dr. Bayram, and all three surgeons perform cataract surgery. If you chose a surgeon, they review it.
- You get a written reply within {{response time, e.g. 24 hours}}, in your language: which treatments may suit you, which surgeon would treat you, how long to stay, and a written price showing exactly what is included.
- Questions? Talk to the surgeon. If you'd like, your surgeon can explain the options by video call.
- You decide. There's no obligation and no pressure. If you book, your surgeon examines you in full in Istanbul before any decision is made. If the tests show that another treatment would suit you better, or that surgery isn't right for you, your surgeon will tell you.
Your price includes your examination and scans, surgery by your named surgeon, medication, follow-up checks in Istanbul, a personal interpreter, a coordinator and remote follow-up. Flights, hotel and airport transfers are not included; we can arrange the hotel and transfers for you at an extra cost.

Tips: photograph documents flat, in good light, with every page and the date visible. If you have no documents at all, tell us your symptoms and how long you've had them. You can also take our online eye test first and send us the result.

You can still send the form. Describe your eyes and any symptoms, or take our online eye test and send the result. An optician at home can also give you a copy of your latest prescription.
