We collect only what we need to answer you, review your eyes with one of our three surgeons and, if you go ahead, plan your treatment in Istanbul. Your eye reports are seen only by the people who need them.     This policy applies to the website laseristanbulclinic.com in every language, our consultation and contact forms, our online eye test and other tools, and the messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or phone (together, “our services”).     You don’t have to give us your eye information to ask a question. Without it, though, a surgeon can only give a general answer.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    2. How we use your information<\/h3>

    1. answer your questions and send you the replies, quotes and documents you ask for;<\/li>\n
    2. pass your case to the right surgeon for a first opinion;<\/li>\n
    3. plan your examination, surgery dates, interpreter and coordinator, and, if you ask us, your hotel and airport transfers (these are arranged on request and charged separately);<\/li>\n
    4. look after you after treatment, including remote follow-up once you are home;<\/li>\n
    5. keep the website working, secure and easy to use;<\/li>\n
    6. send you news or offers, but only if you have said yes (see section 10).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      We don’t use your eye reports or medical information for advertising, and we don’t make automated decisions about your treatment. Every medical answer comes from a person: one of our surgeons.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      3. Your eye reports and health information<\/h3>

      Your prescription, scans and eye reports are personal medical information, so we take extra care with them. We ask for your agreement before you send them: every form has an unticked consent box, and nothing is sent until you tick it. By ticking it, you agree that we may share your details and eye reports with our surgeons to review your case and contact you.<\/p>\n

      You can change your mind at any time. Write to {{privacy contact email}}<\/span> and we will stop using your eye reports for any new purpose and delete them, unless you have already had treatment with one of our surgeons (see section 6).<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      4. Who sees your information<\/h3>

      Only the people who need it to help you:<\/p>\n

      • Your surgeon.<\/strong> Your case is reviewed by one of our three surgeons: Prof. Dr. Ahmet Sat\u0131c\u0131, Do\u00e7. Dr. Muhammet Derda \u00d6zer (Do\u00e7. means Associate Professor) or Op. Dr. Aysan Bayram. If you chose a surgeon, they review it.<\/li>\n
      • Your patient coordinator<\/strong> {{confirm, and list any other role, e.g. interpreter}}<\/span>, who arranges your visit and keeps in touch with you.<\/li>\n
      • The medical team caring for you<\/strong> on the day of your examination and surgery in Istanbul, if you go ahead with treatment.<\/li>\n
      • Hotel and transfer providers<\/strong>, but only your name, travel dates and flight details, and only if you ask us to book them.<\/li>\n
      • Companies that run our systems<\/strong> for us: {{list of service providers, e.g. website hosting, email, form and file storage, WhatsApp, analytics}}<\/span>. They may use your information only to provide their service to us, not for their own purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        We never sell your data, and we never share your eye reports with advertisers. We share information with others only when you ask us to (for example, sending your reports to your own eye doctor at home) or when we are required to.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        5. Where your information is kept<\/h3>

        We are based in Istanbul, T\u00fcrkiye, and your case is handled by our team and surgeons there.
